The official FAQ confirms that Big Walk has a beginning, middle and ending and that the host owns the shared autosave. The exact 100% route below comes from a directly inspected Steam Community guide and its author comments, not from a House House achievement specification. The key result is that Big Goodbye and Big Game can be completed in the same save; a second playthrough is not required by the retained guide.

One-save 100% route

  1. Unlock the Red Bridge, then complete the Red, Green, Yellow and Blue Tower routes.
  2. Trigger Big View, Big Sit, Big Tunnel and Big Ride while their unlocked facilities are available.
  3. Use six blorbs at the Black Obelisk, take the Black Key to the far-west wall and continue beyond it for Big Wall.
  4. Complete the Sphere route and final exit to unlock Big Goodbye.
  5. Reload the same save after the ending; do not start a separate world.
  6. Collect the 15 final blorbs described by the community guide, including the post-game purple challenge rewards.
  7. Turn those in at the green building near the tutorial/Map Room area to obtain the white key.
  8. Return to the tutorial area and use that key for Big Game, the community's 100% ending route.

Because this sequence is community-authored, verify each platform achievement notification for every player. Shared world progress belongs to the host, while achievement triggers may be individual.

All 12 achievements checklist

The directly inspected Steam guide documents these 12 achievement routes. They are community-tested triggers, not an official House House specification:

  1. Big Walk — bring the 4 blorbs in the starting area to the key unlocker, carry the key through its five processing slots, use it at the Red Bridge and step onto the lowered drawbridge.
  2. Big View — bring five blorbs to the Red Tower, process its key, unlock the Map Room and enter it.
  3. Big Sit — bring five blorbs to the Green Tower, process its key, activate the chairlift station and sit on the chairlift.
  4. Big Tunnel — bring five blorbs to the Yellow Tower, process its key, open the Yellow Door and enter the tunnel system.
  5. Big Ride — bring five blorbs to the Blue Tower, process its key, activate the monorail station and step onto a moving train.
  6. Big Wall — after the previous five key routes, bring 6 blorbs to the Black Obelisk, take the Black Key to the far-west wall gate and continue beyond it.
  7. Big Goodbye — complete the giant Sphere, leave through the final turnstile and pass through the white door.
  8. Big Game — reload the same save, turn in the final 15 blorbs, obtain the white key and complete the tutorial-area route described below.
  9. Big Pack — find a wearable device inside one of the blue spiral structures and have a teammate put a backpack on you; the guide describes the backpack as being placed on you.
  10. Big Help — find the later-game wearable devices and have a belt placed on you by another player.
  11. Big Climb — from the chairlift's unlock station, ride the chairlift one station west to the highest station, then climb the structure at the peak all the way to the top.
  12. Big Makeover — visit the salon near the Red/Blue tunnel connection, select one of the bottom shiny colors, and have another player paint you.

The Steam author marks Big View, Big Sit, Big Tunnel and Big Ride as technically missable. Confirm each popup per player instead of assuming that shared host progress grants the platform achievement to everyone.

Big Goodbye: finish the main ending

After opening the wall with the Black Key, travel to the giant Sphere, enter it and complete its internal puzzles. The guide then directs the group out the other side, through the final turnstile and through the white door. The achievement should unlock when the game exits at the end of that sequence.

This is the normal progression gate for the post-game route. A guide-author comment states that Big Game is locked behind Big Goodbye, so completing the main ending first is expected rather than a failed 100% attempt.

Big Game: reload the same save for 100%

After Big Goodbye, load the same host save and continue. The guide identifies 15 final blorbs for the post-game turn-in: eight additional red blorbs remain after the main key route, while the far-east purple challenge area supplies more rewards. According to the guide, the purple challenge blorbs also appear on the map after completing the game.

Bring the required total to the green building near the tutorial/Map Room area to receive the white key. Back in the tutorial area, the small black sphere should now be split in half and show a key slot. Insert the white key, go downstairs and follow the final instructions to trigger Big Game.

Do not create a new save between the two achievements. The author's comment explicitly says to log back into the same save after Big Goodbye and continue there.

Is Big Game the true or secret ending?

“True ending,” “secret ending” and “100% ending” are useful community wording for finding this post-game route. They are not an official ending category documented in the Big Walk FAQ. This page uses the achievement names Big Goodbye and Big Game whenever it describes a concrete trigger, and uses community search terms only to help players find the right checklist.

How to tell which puzzles are missing

A direct Reddit question shows that players can reach the cleanup phase without knowing which puzzles remain. The current sources do not establish a universal in-game “missing puzzle” menu, so use a reversible checklist instead:

  • confirm the starting-area and four colored-tower key routes;
  • verify Big View, Big Sit, Big Tunnel and Big Ride on each player's platform account;
  • after Big Goodbye, check the map for the purple challenge blorbs described by the Steam guide;
  • record collected red and purple blorbs by area before moving them;
  • use the Lost Items guide if a completed-puzzle reward disappears rather than immediately replaying unrelated puzzles.

This does not replace a full puzzle-by-puzzle map. It prevents an unresolved inventory loss from being mistaken for an unfinished challenge.

Community-identified missables

The Steam author flags Big View, Big Sit, Big Tunnel and Big Ride as technically missable. The label means the group can pass an interaction without triggering the achievement; it does not prove that the entire save is permanently ruined.

Before leaving each major route, let every player enter the Map Room, sit on the chairlift, enter the tunnel system and step onto a moving train. Confirm the achievement popup for each person instead of treating the host's popup as proof for the group.

Big View and Big Ride: use the dedicated routes

For Big View, use the Map Room guide to clear the Red Tower objectives, process its key and enter the blue building. For Big Ride, use the Train guide to clear the Blue Tower route, activate the station and board a moving train. Keeping those changing puzzle steps on their dedicated pages avoids duplicating fragile launch-week instructions here.

Big Goodbye disconnect and final-door softlocks

Two direct player-report clusters describe late-game failures:

  • a non-host disconnected during Big Goodbye, could still hear voice audio, could not rejoin and missed the achievement; a new lobby and second attempt worked for that group;
  • multiple groups reported becoming stuck in the final revolving door or turnstile before the white door, including retries after restarting.

These cases remain unresolved in the retained sources. They do not establish an official root cause or a universal repair. Before entering the final route, keep the host save, avoid changing hosts mid-sequence and make sure every member is present. If the door or connection fails, preserve the save and have the host fully restart the game before a controlled retry; treat that as a player workaround, not a confirmed fix.

Skipping challenges and achievement triggers

The official accessibility setting can skip challenges requiring hearing or reading, speaking or typing, quick reactions or fine motor control. Use it when needed. The FAQ does not document whether every platform achievement triggers after every skipped challenge, so test and verify the popup rather than assuming one result applies to the entire route.

Community source status

The Steam 100% guide supplies the progression and one-save route. The softlock and disconnection sections are direct player reports. Both are valuable Community source evidence, but neither replaces official patch notes. Keep a manual checklist, expect trigger details to change and use the official FAQ for hosting, saves and accessibility rules.
